He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Morris and Ella Morris; and his siblings, Lena, Doris Jean, Joyce, Rosenell, Bugsy, David, Brenda and Stanley.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Morris; his brothers, Clifton and Lynn; and his pets, Bella and Cana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
