He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Socorro West and James Henry West; and his siblings, Nettie Tucker, Albert Clifton West and James Edward West.
He is survived by: his wife Rolinda Karen West; his children, Joseph Scott West (Kentara) of Hawley, TX, Natasha Ryan Cooper (John) of Kyle, TX and Amber Nicole Cortes (Martin) of Abilene, TX; his sister Mary Helen Fuentes (Romero) of Westbrook, TX; and his siblings-in-law, James Funderburg (Gina) of Wink, TX and Elaina Roxanne Valdez (Mario) of Hawley, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six nieces, six nephews, nine great nephews, and three great nieces.
