He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Collins Jr. and Margaret Collins (Williams); his brother Clark Collins III; and his son Robert A. Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Collins of San Antonio; his sisters, Sharron Collins White of Muenster and Yvonne Collins Livingston of Muenster; his nephews, Clark Collins IV (Ami) of Conroe, John Jeremy Collins (Robin) of Conroe and Jimmy Brandon White of Ranger; his niece Amy LeAnn Grimes; his daughter Lacy; and also Mia Coffey.
