He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Pinion and Reba Cupp Pinion; his brother David Howard Pinion; his grandparents, Calvin, Ocie Simmons Pinion, Tillman and Eva Cupp; his aunts and uncles, Johnney Dale Cupp, Wilbur Cupp, Ray Cupp, Gladys Cupp Miller, Lucille Cupp, Letha Cupp and Brenda Pinion; and also David Pinion.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Parker Pinion of Sherman; his children, Michiel Sean Pinion (Roniese) of Colbert, OK., Daniel Lee Pinion (Kristie) of Van Alstyne, TX. and Kerry Lynn Pinion Smith (Tap) of Sadler, TX.; his grandchildren, Taylor Pinion Garner, Chase Michael Pinion, Shelby Smith, Nikki Smith, Parker Smith, Chase William Pinion, Matthew Pinion, Lauren Pinion, JJ Pinion and Sean Pinion; his sister-in-law Robin Parker of Dallas; his aunts, Ellen Cupp of Denison and Jean Dennis Pinion of Lewisville; and his uncle Howard Pinion of Gunter, TX.. He is also survived by his aunt and uncle in Denison and then with his grandparents.
