He was predeceased by: his parents, David Andrew Andersen and Lillian (Houy). He is survived by: his wife Doris Andersen of Tow; his children, Terry Sifford of Fredericksburg, Lana Andersen of Arizona and Tammy Andersen of Ingram; his stepchildren, Robert Evans of San Antonio, William Mann of San Antonio, David Mann of San Antonio, Vinny Walker of San Marcos and Rebecca Mann of California; and his siblings, Clifford Andersen of Llano, David Andersen of Kerrville and Charlotte Banta of Stonewall. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any charity that helps assist veterans.
