He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lee and Jennie Belle Hughey; and his siblings, Mary Francis Stidham and Robert Lon Hughey. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Lucia Hughey; his sons, Barry William Hughey (Gina Cirelli Hughey) and Richard Keith Hughey (Emma Torres Hughey); his brother Samuel Lee Hughey; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Elijah William Hughey, Camryn Ruby Cirelli Hughey and Keith Adrian Hughey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brookside Funeral Home - Champions (3410 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX 77068). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery (13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060).
