He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Carol Schluter Cunningham; his daughter Kelly Cunningham (McKenzie); his grandchildren, Scott Jr., Matthew, Elizabeth and Ethan; his son William Alden Cunningham III (Monique Phillips Cunningham) of Logan Utah; his grandchildren, Colin, Casey, Kyle and Cooper; and his sisters, Judith Lee Hesselbart and Barbara Ann Johnson.
