He is survived by: his close friend Ciara Dvorak; his children, Hailey Wakefield and Tyler Wakefield; his siblings, Tricia (Robert Foster), Darrell (Tina Wakefield), Doug (Kay Wakefield), Bill Reyno (Chris) of Oak Cliff, Amy Wakefield (Ricky Cubbage), Lyn Wright of McGaheysville, VA and Liz (Mike Kaitcer); his aunts and uncles, David Carter (Tracey) of Naples, John Carter, Mary Francis Lewis (Terry) of Hockley and Barbara Carter of Naples; his nieces and nephews, Marissa May, Katie Sims, Clayton Sims, David Wakefield (Kimber), Chaise, Amanda Wakefield, Dusty Wakefield, Natalie Wakefield, Codie, Steve Corah, Zach Reyno, Ryan Reyno, Sarah Reyno (Katie), Casey, Brian Austin, Chelsea Mowbray, Jennifer Wright and Kate Kaitcer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucas, Damien, Paisley, Ellie Corah, Gabriel Ovalle, Emma Lou, Carson Wakefield, Derek Sims, Grayson Wakefield, Mia Wilson and Alivia Wilson.
