He is survived by: his parents, Bill Hasley and Ruby Hasley; his wife Trecia Collins of Baytown, TX; his sons, Matt (Ashley) and Justin (Amanda Sue); his father-in-law Leland Collins; his brothers, Greg (Jennifer) and Don (Kim); and his grandchildren, Eli, Abigail and Rhett. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family.
