Rafferty (Elsie) and RuthAnne Mills (Jack); her son-in-law Joseph True; and her grandchildren, John, Michael True, Matthew Rafferty, Kelly, Christine, Julie, Laurie Rafferty, Alexandra, Theodore, Kirk Rafferty and Jack Rafferty Mills.
