He was predeceased by: his parents, Elna Marie Fransen and Robert Culbertson Senior of Rockford, Illinois.. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Ann Schneider; his grandchildren, Madeleine Ahmadi, Ava Ahmadi and Aaron James Schneider; his brother Stephen Culbertson; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Reyes, Mary Stein and Loretta Hollings.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Whose Building (8001 Old Voth Rd, Beaumont, TX 77708).
