He was predeceased by: his father Robert F. Offer Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Offer; his son Bacracouti Suarez-Offer Brothers; his sister Lucinda Spearmen A; and his children, Geraldine Brooks Brothers, Matthew Offer, Dexter Turner Sr., Adrian Blake and Jerry Turner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Klein Funeral Home - Tomball (1400 W Main St, Tomball, TX 77375). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038). Per the family wishes, anyone wishing to be in close contact of Mrs. Offer we kindly ask that you please wear a mask for her safety.
