He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy McWhorter; his stepfather Eddie McWhorter; and his brother Thomas McWhorter. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his sons, Clint McWhorter (Lori) and Derrek McWhorter (Mandy); his grandchildren, Ashton, Noah, Gage and Mia; his sisters, Deidre Young (James), Danielle McWhorter and Janice; and his brother-in-law Tom Hendrix. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
