He is survived by: his wife Belinda Mills Rogers of Tomball; his pets, Pearl and Star; his stepson Brandon Herzog of Houston; and his siblings, Barbara (Mike Szabados) of Virginia, Mary MacDonald of New York, Alicia Anglin of Florida, Eileen Dwyer (Don) of New York, Sheila Rogers Capella (Ray) of Pennsylvania, Dan Rogers (Corinne) of New York, Kevin Rogers (Cathy) of New York, Tim Rigers (Christine) of New York and John Rogers (Dawn) of New York. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
