We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2023, at the age of 87, Phyllis Anne Elder McAndrew of Tomball, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Devine Elder and Elizabeth Evelyn McCulloch; her husband Walter Thomas McAndrew; her son Christopher; her great grandchildren, Xavier Malone and Charles Cunningham; her sisters, Johnine Leininger (Gay) and Karen McClung; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Leininger, Barton Bradicich and Bill Parsons.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie (Kevin Malone), Thomas (Jay), Stephen (Anna), Matthew (Shelly), Patrick (Michelle) and Maura (Greg Uhlenkott); her sisters, Patsy Bradicich, Judy Parsons and Susan (Tom Kosh); and her brother-in-law Guy McClung. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.
