She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl Hare Jr. and Norma Jean Hare; her siblings, Kathryn Sue Fussell and James Earl Hare III; her former husband Norval Shapell; and her husband Eddie Blair.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Shapell Belford; and her nieces, Kimberly Axtel (Jay), Tracy Peck (Dave), Michelle Kirby (Rebecca) and Scout Hare. She is also survived by two grandsons and one grand daughter.
