He is survived by: his wife Willie Neal; his children, Tina Neal, Latrice Neal-Kerr, Deborah Hill-Neal, Turro Neal, Otis Neal, Jr., Jasmine Neal, Jacqueline White, Dianna Hall and Tonya Price; and his sisters, Mable Shepards, Evelyn Austin and Joyce Clark. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and dear friends.
