She was predeceased by: her husband Epifanio S. Velasquez; her parents, Alfredo Urrutia and Maria Urrutia; her brothers, Joe Urrutia Sr. and Alvardo Urrutia; and her daughter-in-law Dora Velasquez.
She is survived by: her children, Ana Rosa Hernandez (Crespin), Teresa Velasquez (Carlos Ruiz), Virginia Escobedo (Arturo), Domingo Velasquez Sr. and Jesse Velasquez Sr. (Susie Garza); and her siblings, Anita Castillo (Richard), Margarita Urrutia (Jaime Gamez), Auralia Gallegos (Felix), Dominga Gamez (David) and Pedro Urrutia Sr. (Molly). She is also survived by grandchildren: 21, great grandchildren: 35, and great, great grandchildren: 9; and with other family members and friends.
