She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Collins, Sr.; and her son Russell A. Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lee Collins (Suella) and Harold Douglas Collins Jr. (Karla); her daughter-in-law Vicki Collins; her daughter Gail Belke (Leonard); and her grandchildren, Robert Collins Jr. (Laura), Shawn Collins, Delana Dyer (Brad), Cristal Bostain (Mike), Tonya Jansky (Brian) and Brandon Belke (Lindsay). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
