It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Clayton (Tomball, Texas), born in Caldwell, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Zigler and Billie Maurine Ramsey; her siblings, Johnny Zigler Ramsey, Jr., Lois Elaine Van Wart and Carolyn Maurine Ferguson; and her sons, Harold Dean Clayton, Jr. and Darryl Samford Clayton.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Clayton, Sr.; her daughters, Caren Erwin and Christy Cousineau (Robert Cousineau); her grandchildren, Kevin Shannon, Clay Bolletino, Candace Hoelscher, Sterling Clayton and Kyle Erwin; and her great grandchildren, Maci Bolletino, Carter Bolletino, Tobey Clayton, Ramsey Hoelscher and Kennedy Hoelscher. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
