He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jane Lindsey; his children, Kerrie Kathleen, Raymond Casey, Shannon Loftin and Casey Tate; his grandchildren, Katy Reimer, Dylan Cox, Addison Loftin, Dalton Cox, Nick Tate and Jonathan Tate; his great grandchild Kolyns Reimer; and his siblings, Pat Tate, David Tate and Kathy Tate.
