He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lloyd Billingsley and Elizabeth Eaton Billingsley; his brothers, William Ross and James Robert "Bob" Billingsley; his grandson Jacob Lloyd Billingsley; his great grandchild Enoch Julian; and also, Jerry (Patricia Gilliland), Bailey (Jeraldine Peyton) and Judy Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Gilliland; his children, Lee Billingsley (Kerry) of Cypress, TX, Ross Billingsley (Annette) of Navasota, TX and Ivy Griffin (Tod) of Hockley, TX.; his grandchildren, Taylor Griffin (Daria) of Aledo, TX, Megan Dimmick (Zack) of Cypress, TX, Lindsey Smock (Matt) of College Station, TX, Courtney Julian (Conner) of Tuscon, AZ, Emily Farney (Zach) of Irving, TX, Shelby McGee (Dustin) of Navasota, TX and Laney Billingsley of Cypress, TX; his great grandchildren, Paige, Zoey Griffin, Daphney, Owen Dimmick, Addison, Parker Smock, Jed Julian, Sage and Mia McGee; and also Jane (Albert Delaney).
