He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Delaney and Evelyn Delaney (Mullarkey); his brothers, Bill, James and Frank Delaney; and his parents-in-law, Ilea and Alton Webb.

He is survived by: his wife Annette of Tomball, TX; his children, Terri Walleser (Dave Pleasants) of Tarpon Spring, FL, Tina Hogan (Todd) of Janesville, WI and Tim Delaney (Pam) of Lansing; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaclyn, Ashley, Brandy, Kyle, Brandon, Makayla, Josh and Dylan; and his brothers, George of Lansing, Dan Delaney of Lansing and Tommy Delaney of Plover, WI.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
