She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenz Mittelstedt and Evelyn Meyer Mittelstedt (Methodist Hospital); her husband Howard E. Theiss, Sr.; and her sister Valeria Lilley. She is survived by: her sons, Howard "Bubba" Theiss, Jr. and Sean Theiss (Jeanie); her grandchildren, Karl Theiss, Katherina Sitton (Jon), Hannah Theiss and Sarah Theiss; and her great grandchildren, RJ Sitton and Avery Sitton.
