He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bivens, II (Angela) of Pinehurst, TX and Debbie (Burt Mllberg) of St. Louis, MO; his stepchildren, Edward Green of Rogersville, MO and Shelia Green of Colfax, LA; and his sisters, Ann (Carl Villemarette) of Gardner, LA and Sue (George Oeber) of Richland, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces, family and friends.
