He is survived by: his parents, Katherine A. Kinar-Lewis and Don W. Lewis; his wife Amanda; his daughters, Emily, Adison, Hannah and Avery; his stepmother Wendy Lewis; his grandmother Sharon Jones; his sister Tanya Morrison (Ray); his stepbrothers, Michael (Ashley), Matthew (Irene) and David Becerra; and his pets, Dixie and Charley. He is also survived by many sisters- & brother-in-laws, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
