She is survived by: her son Jack (Brian); her daughter-in-law Melanie Lewis; her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Linda Lewis; her grandchildren, Jonathan Lewis (Jen), Megan Meals (Cory), John Lewis and Matt Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Grey Lewis and Paige Ireland Lewis.
