He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Washington Sorrells and Dorothy Ruth Tibbs Sorrells (Rhonda Sorrells); and his grandson Cash Sorrells. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Nicole Sorrells (Nici) and Heather Michelle Neeley; his grandchildren, Carter Sorrells, Cannon Sorrells, Fitz Neeley and Jovie Neeley; and his siblings, Paula Sorrells-Beene (Ed) and Donald Sorrells (Georgia). He is also survived by his four nephews.
