He is survived by: his children, Tommy Neal (Theresa), Ron Neal (Janet) and Janice Provost (Roger); his grandchildren, Kelly Neal, Clayton Neal (Brooke), Candice Munchrath (Eric), Alicia Schultz (Matt) and C. J. Neal; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler, Austin and Thomas. He is also survived by friends and family.
