She was predeceased by: her significant other William "Dink" Cook; and her parents, Charles Clayton and Isla Taylor Clendening. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Clayton Jr., Dorothy Marie, Mary Elizabeth Dean and Arlen Kay Clendening (Joyce Anne); her children, Candace Cook Risien-Busch of Canyon Lake, Melissa Cook-Jacobson (Joe) of Sargent and William "Bill" Cook, Jr. (Janet Baer Cook) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Mark Kent Risien, Jr. (Ashley), Chelsea Risien Fitts (Justin), Ashlea Risien Martin (Paul), Sara Steinbacher, Clayton Steinbacher (Adrianna), William D. "Trey" Cook III and Ryan Cook (Sofia); and her great grandchild Lola Bess Risien.
