She is survived by: her husband Curtis Boriack; her sister Dorthea Jacob; her sons, Steve Boriack and Mike; her daughter-in-law Donna Boriack; her son Tom; her daughter-in-law Tammy Boriack; and her grandchildren, John (Katelin), Brooke (Kellan), Christie, Daniel (Lauren), Josiah, Ashley, Tanner (Kate) and Macy. She is also survived by her family, friends.
