He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward Russell and LaFern Russell (Thorpe); and his siblings, Orval Russell and Carrol Hamrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Russell; his children, Kimary Marble, Asa Ukiah, Sherry Metcalf, Karla Simmonds and Rose Russell; and his sister Janie Smart. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
