She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gomillion and Ruella Gomillion (Marie); and her brothers, Samuel Thomas Bridges and Paul William Bridges. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Morris Phillips Sr. of Tomball, TX.; her children, Jerry Jr (Georgiana), Larry Bruce (Donna), Terry (Melissa), Samuel (Pam) and Pamela (Stephen Harper) of Willis, TX.; her grandchildren, Jerry Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Stephen Phillips, Heather Phillips, Hunter Phillips, Taylor Ungar, Luke Phillips and Sammie Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Seth, Owen and Noah. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers that a donation be made in Frances honor to the youth camp fund at Southwinds Baptist Church.
