She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schulze and Emily Schulze (Kasprowicz); and her husband Edward J. Soukup. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Gregory J. Soukup, Sr., Mark J. Soukup and Edward J. Soukup, II (Maria); her grandchildren, Annette Vaul (Stuart), Andrea Raines, Corrynn Soukup and Gregory Soukup Jr.; her sister Annette; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Cleary, Bob Sybert, Monica and John May. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
