He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Johnson and Alva Johnson; and his brother-in-law Jerry Bullard. He is survived by: his siblings, Otha Johnson, Jr. (Karen), Debbie Bullard and Brenda Blankenship (Tony). He is also survived by other extended family members, and a host of friends.
