He was predeceased by: his father Norman Owens; and his sisters, Nancy Owens and Patricia Vierra-Martin. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Ann Owens (Huffaker); his stepchildren, Laurie Rogers and Bradley Rogers; his grandchildren, Justin Pike, McKenna Harn and Sage Rogers; his brother Michael Owens (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Clinton Huffaker (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
