He is survived by: his wife Barbara Modaff; his children, Katherine Votaw Kelly (Patrick), Mary Votaw, Margaret Votaw Barnard (Cory) and Thomas Votaw (Denise); his grandchildren, Shannon, Sara Kelly, Dani, Philip Barnard and Gabriela Votaw; and his sister Linda Votaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
