He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis Cook; and his niece Allison Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Bricy Wegner of Tomball, Texas; his sons, Ryan Wegner (Emily) of Rapid City, Jacob Wegner of Rapid City and Adam Wegner (Hanah) of Rapid City; his stepdaughters, Amanda Casas and Laura Casas of Tomball, Texas; his grandsons, Grady Wegner, Emory Wegner and Jaxon Wegner; and his siblings, Alvy Cook (Connie) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Debra Fleming (Rick) of Omaha, Cathy Robinson (Jon) of Denver and Joni Owen (Brian) of Fargo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
