Brooks (Elizabeth Brooks) of Apple Springs, Texas, Daryrl Brooks (Nell Brooks) of Channel View, Texas, Daphne Spence (Barry Spence) of Santa Fe and Karla Bussey (Jimmy Bussey) of Magnolia, Texas; his daughter-in-law Sherry Brooks of Lufkin, Texas; and his siblings, Thelma Thornton, Lila Gressett of Groveton, Texas, Lee Brooks of Utah and Don Brooks (Glenda Brooks) of Henderson, Texas. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
