She is survived by: her husband Robert Bang; her siblings, Donnie McCartney and Joyce Embry; her children, Jacob Gilstrap (Jessica), Rebel Smith (Michael Clements), Mike Carpenter (Ashley), John Paul Bang and Linda Bang (Simon Leggett); and her grandchildren, Fox Smith, Zachary Gilstrap, Reese Gilstrap, Maelynn Gilstrap, Cara Carpenter, Maya Carpenter, Alyssa Clements, Dustin Clements and Annabelle Clements.
