He is survived by: his wife Kelley Agee of Tolar; his children, J. D. Agee of Springtown and Dallas Larson (Joseph) of Springtown; his grandchildren, Christopher Agee, Taylor Vaughn, Graysen Bacon and Holly Vaughn; his siblings, Denise Yearta (Rex) of Springfield and David Agee (Suzi) of Ozark; and his nephews, Ben and Jeff.
In lieu of flowers, there is a fund at the First National Bank in Tolar for Kelley and the girls.
