He is survived by: his wife Margie; his sons, Bill Underwood, Jr. (Kim) of Childress, TX, Jim Underwood (Tracy) of Burleson, TX and Dirk Underwood (Amy) of Tolar, TX; and his grandchildren, Kurt (Shasta Underwood), Kallie Underwood, Ty Underwood, Nikki Mireles (Colton), Cade Underwood, Caileigh Underwood, Kammie Galligan (John), Kacey McKeever, Madalyn Shaw and Riley Shaw. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
