It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva McRee Hickman of Tioga, Texas, born in Sanger, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Livingston and Mary Edna Haynie (Jones); her husband Joe Neal Hickman; her son Jim; her grandchildren, Larry Dale Hickman and Jennifer Leigh Acker; and her great grandchild Zachary James Hairell.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Carlisle of Tioga, TX, Scott of Dallas, TX, Alan (Janet) of Sanger, TX, Joan Wooster (Elmer) of Tioga, TX, Rick (Melanie) of Pilot Point, TX and Lori Durden (Kent) of Collinsville, TX; her siblings, Lester Haynie of Mountain Springs, TX, Hubert Haynie (Sandra) of Arlington, TX, Herbert Haynie (Pat) of Keller, TX, Nelson Haynie (Karen) of Pilot Point, TX and Nola Rochelle (John) of West, TX; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Coulson of Sherman, TX and Barbara Hickman of Watauga, TX.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren.
