He is survived by: his mother Wilda Charlene Fountain (Morgan); his daughters, Tabitha, Ladonna and Connie; his friends, Thibodeaux (Thib), Randy, Mary Dorsey, Craig Hervey, Donny Hewitt and Debra; his wife Debra Fountain; his granddaughter Stella; his stepchildren, Rachel, Amy and Daniel Moore (Karen); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Worthy (Ty), Kassidy Dorsett (Noah), Christian Feist, Makenzie Feist (Brian Lewis), Jordan Moore and Laikyn Moore; his great grandchild Tyson Worthy; his nieces and nephews, J. D. Fountain, Bo Fountain, Jennifer Fountain, Sean Fountain, Michael, Anna Fountain and Talitha Acker; and also, Shirley and Adrian.
