He was predeceased by: his wife Avie Ruth Rhodes Williams. He is survived by: his children, Joe Travis Williams Jr. of Houston, Jolene Williams of Houston, Annette Parker of Pasadena and Arianna Williams of Kerrville; his siblings, Bill Williams (Mavis) of Port Lavaca and Mavis Williams of Illinois; his grandchildren, Kelly Lewis (Richard), Kristen Newton (Greg) and Joseph Carroll; and his great grandchild Mickey Lewis.
