With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn E. Neel of Timpson, Texas, born in New Braunfels, Texas, who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert E. Brandt and Alma Brandt (Taylor); and her husband David Neel. She is survived by: her son Dennis Conran; her grandchildren, Dennise Braeutigam (Jason) and Stephen Conran (Shelley); her great grandchildren, Jayden Braeutigam and Colton Braeutigam; and her sister Lillie Jonas.
