He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Lamar Billingsley and Oris Martha Ramsey Billingsley; his son William "Bill" Joe Billingsley; and his sister Edith Cross. He is survived by: his wife Lou Nell Billingsley; his children, Michael Billingsley (Betty), Kathy Askins (Billy) and Tina Ornelas (Rick); and his sister Elaine Amos. He is also survived by Daddy B, as he was known by his children and grandchildren.
