It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cody Pate of Timpson, Texas, born in Nacogdoches, Texas, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie Jones, Arvel Pate and Dorothy Pate; his aunts and uncles, Timothy Pate, Charlie Jones, Michael Pate, Butch Parker, Elaine Parker and Kim Jones; and his cousins, Cassie Bates and Megan Mason.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Pate (Cindy) and Cindy Jones; his uncle Timmy; his children, Kaden Pederson and Brileigh Pate; his grandmother Joyce Jones; his sisters, Cheryl Milford (Shawn) and Kristen Hibbard (Andrew Harvey); and his stepsisters, Jada and Jordan Davis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
