It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Hairgrove of Timpson, Texas, born in Center, Texas, who passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, W. N. Hairgrove and Pearl Burns Hairgrove; his former wife Gail Hairgrove; his siblings, James Edward Hairgrove, Van Hairgrove, Franklin Hairgrove, Wilma Culp and Jo Nell Young; his nephews, Ron Hairgrove, Billy Van Hairgrove and Randy Hairgrove; and his father-in-law Monk Peace.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Peace Metcalf Hairgrove of Timpson; his sons, Tom Hairgrove (Paige) of Center, Burt Hairgrove (Melissa) of Nacogdoches and Kaleb Metcalf (Melissa) of Frederick, Colorado; his grandchildren, Tyler Petry (Nicole) of Center, Aaron Hairgrove of Nacogdoches, Lexie of Frederick, Colorado, Cameron of Frederick, Colorado and Cason Metcalf of Frederick, Colorado; his great grandchild Andy Petry; his sister Frances McIntyre (Dudley) of Timpson; his mother-in-law Pat Peace; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Ray (Alan), Jan Allen (Terry) and Roy Peace (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
