He is survived by: his wife Tina Lee Serrata; his children, Christopher Serrata, Justin, Candice Serrata, Kasey Serrata Montgomery (Brad), Kimberly Serrata Agreda (Zeke), Clayton Lee, Blaye Lee, Síanna Lee Serrata and Lillie Lee; his grandchildren, Ethen Agreda, Corey Serrata, Kasen Agreda, Porter Montgomery, Adilynn Serrata, Parker Montgomery, Colt Penny and Cayne Serrata; his siblings, Inez Serrata, Lydia Kyser, Johnny Serrata, Florinda Segura, Rosemary De Leon, Dora Rios, Matthew Serrata, Jake Serrata and Valary Merchant; his stepmother Elida Serrata; his parents-in-law, Floyd J. Lee, Sr., Louisa M. Lee and Jim Dale Lee; and his close friends, Papi, Smalls and Creed. He is also survived by numerous step brothers/sisters, and other relatives.
